Our fees are structured to make professional oversight affordable for the jobs that matter most. You pay the contractor directly; our fee is for project management and coordination.

Minor Repairs & Small Projects

  • Flat coordination fee: $200–$500 (based on scope)

  • Covers contractor scheduling, oversight, and verification of completion

Larger Projects ($10k–$50k)

  • Project Setup Fee: $1,500 (planning, scope review, contractor coordination)

  • Management Fee: 10–12% of project cost
