Minor Repairs & Small Projects
Flat coordination fee: $200–$500 (based on scope)
Covers contractor scheduling, oversight, and verification of completion
Larger Projects ($10k–$50k)
Project Setup Fee: $1,500 (planning, scope review, contractor coordination)
Management Fee: 10–12% of project cost
